The replacement wall adaptors we offer do not work with pictures made by other companies even though the artwork on the face might appear to be the same. Look for our name "Electric Art" on the front or back of the picture.
The replacement adaptors we offer today only work with newer versions of our product (made after 2005). Look carefully at where the cord plugs into your Electric Art picture. Our larger pictures (larger than 12"x 18") have a small silver tray on the back (bottom side) of the picture. If the Jack for the plug is housed within this small silver tray on the back of the picture then the replacement adaptors described below WILL work.
MINI Adapter If your picture is 12"x 18" then please look for the following . If the picture frame is plastic and our name is stamped into the rear side then this adapter work.
LED Adapter For all pictures 24"x 34" and larger with lightbulbs and or LED's only. These generally plug into the back of our pictures within a recessed metal plate. If your picture plugs into the bottom of the frame please reach out to us to determine which plug you require. 707-673-2199
NEON Adapter For all pictures that contain Neon Tubes.
We do not reccomend 3rd party adapters due to power requirements. The use of aftermarket power supplies can damage your art and voids any warranty.
There are no refunds on power adapters or lightbulbs.
