Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, new condition as received — unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at thepostershoppes@gmail.com for return authorization and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All risk of loss or damage during return shipping falls on the buyer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Please pack your return securely to prevent damage in transit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • NO refunds or returns on bulbs.

  • NO refunds or returns on adapters.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damage Claim Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. Our priority is to resolve approved claims quickly, often by shipping a replacement the next business day.

Required Documentation for Damage Claims

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following photos are required:

  1. Interior Wrapping – Show how the item was wrapped inside the shipment.

  2. Packaging Materials – Display all packaging materials used inside the box.

  3. Shipping Label – Clear photo of the shipping label with tracking number visible.

  4. Box Manufacturer’s Certificate – Close-up of the round manufacturer’s stamp on the outside of the box.

  5. All Sides of the Package – Two photos showing all six sides of the package:

    • One photo showing the top and two adjacent sides.

    • One photo showing the bottom and opposite sides.

Egregious Damage

If there are obvious signs of mishandling (footprints, punctures, crushing, etc.), please photograph those areas clearly as well.

Retain Packaging

Do not discard the box or packaging materials until your claim has been resolved. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in denial of the claim.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest method is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
